According to the novel, they are different to the point that they fought many times. The current Theo loves Astina, however, Astina still loves the pass Theo. So... The current Theo will be always sad, jealous of the pass Theo.
In the end, Astina decided to let MartinaxPass Theo, and Astinaxpresent theo. (mainly she'll burry the love from the pass and start anew with the new theo)

The second season was a lot more interesting than the first, but the amount of things that happen by "coincidence" are so annoying. This was a good read, but I'm too frustrated to actually enjoy the fights without waiting for the conclusion.
I much prefer these translations. The other ones were barely readable and understandable.
