This was absolutely insane. Jumping from the meh Shotgun Boy to this masterpiece shocked me to my core. My hands are trembling, my brain can't even come up with sentences to write.
From what I think of the ending, I'm guessing that the soft persona won because I doubt the insane one would surrender that easily.

I'm sorry to say this but the bully is right about MC. He is stupid, he is weak, he is a coward, he is spineless. He never actually tries to kill the monsters, he just waits for someone to die first to get enraged enough to pull a trigger. He doesn't have the spunk or the brain cells to compare to the other MCs from author's other manga. He just stands around doing nothing.
He only beat the bully because he was gaining strength from his monster form, he would've gotten his skull cracked open if he was his real normal weak self.
Can you imagine what would've happened if the perm guy didn't kill the bully. MC would've just let him go because a girl who watched him get bullied doesn't want to bully dead for some reason.
The girl really ruins the story lot. A LOT. She reminds me of the times I was raging about the girl from Bastard. She was really stupid and went to go sweetly talk to her murderer stalker who would cut her limbs up. The same brain rot energy but this time the girl want to let a murderer monster go free because???
It's insane how the girl always makes the wrong decision and never blames herself for the problems she caused.
The only part I enjoyed in this manga was the 69th chapter, ironically.

That’s the whole point of the story. He had to fight his desire to kill/revenge or become a monster. Thankfully his conversation with Zero who said he could save everyone by killing them changed his mindset

I'm going to get disliked but honestly uke deserved everything. He had it coming like c'mon now. He dumped MC in an abusive home and didn't even care to check if he was actually fine. Who the fuck sees a teenager attempt suicide multiple times and go ''haha he must be pulling a silly little prank''. Even when MC didn't want to go back, uke's supposed to be this smart sneaky bastard but can't even comprehend basic human language when MC tells him about his ''family". I'm not surprised MC is completely fucked up in the head, especially since the only person in the world who he can have a normal conversation with is a pathological liar and a bipolar.
Actually that's my similar thought uke left seme with a abusive household who took all the money and torture him on daily basis mentally even though he lost a mother, been through trauma of fire and losing mother at young age but i think the girl was the main problem she knew about seme condition but she didn't told uke about it and told uke that you never ask me like girl tell the man who is payin for him or you , not entirely the fault of uke at the household problem but i have issue with the multiple times seme tried to attempt suicide and uke brush it off pretty easily he is capable of killing himself cuz he wants to know why his mother committed suicide even that that part where he left on Christmas day for taricce uke fears it but situation author made here is quite confusing for us to realise which is right or not seme uses love , affection as a part of living while uke is indebted to seme's mother probably to look after seme he wants to make him a good man witk good future but uke approach towards a disturbed teenager is quite nasty he replies him on whatever he can think if he wants to hide things from seme he must come up with better story but this manhwa is probably showing seme more in dominant than uke despite age gap.
oh my god yes, I don't understand how people think uke is 100% correct. He literally sees MC attempt suicide multiple times, like at this point he doesn't even need to ask to girl, he knows something is wrong but just doesn't care enough to ask why. He's also supposed to be a smart sneaky person but can't understand why MC burned his own house down and refuses to go back to his family.
I'm also convinced uke is bipolar. He greets MC nicely in the morning, spits in his face in the noon and acts all cute and cuddly at night. He's not 100% there either I just know it.
