Unpopular opinion: I don't think the girl did anything wrong. My interpretation so far is that she genuinely likes him but hasn't schemed or purposely tried to do anything to sabotage their relationship. Unless she's lying about being pregnant (I don't think she is lying), I feel like she's actually the victim here because so far he's just used her to try to forget his own feelings.

She could sense that Shiro definitely had someone else he loved, but she still hangs with him, thinking that one day Shiro will truly fall for her. However, she knows that Shiro has someone that he has always loved to began with and that she is being the third person. She told a lot of lies, just to get Shirou. But I still don't think that she's a bad person.
