i think that was because she mistook him for corn therefore crying in his arms, and he said sorry because he heard her call 'corn' which isnt technically him at the time
you're wrong, it has nothing to do with that, he just apologized for not saying that he was ren while she hugged her, she just feels embarassed, and thats not a good timing to reveal that he is corn
Her little curse spirits/mini-Kyoukos might know that Ren and Corn are the same person, but she herself still doesn't know it. She's still being fooled by the whole fairy story about him borrowing Ren's form. But the one good thing is that he did say that the next time he appears in front of her as Corn, he will tell her everything.
These chapters are too short. I can't handle it. I need more ლ(´ڡ`ლ)
He said that was a dream, but if it's real, what did his dad do? Was he in the mob or something? Actually I hope that was a real back story because it's all dark and gritty and so interesting. Either way, can't wait for more!!
