I can't be too mad at Sungjae about the little brother situation. He dropped by completely unannounced and decided to stay, big brother is a doctor and works a lot anyway and he never made any solid concrete plans in the first place. I mean yeah it sucks but you can't just barge into someone's house and expect them to switch up their life to revolve around you. And he said they weren't even close to begin with.
