Welp, first let me apologize for being late, second, Edgar quits yall. He quits everything and says "fuck you" to the world which honestly he is valid for.
Tldr: Edgar summarizes what happened last year and how he cant believe he was such a fool. He then kills Cameron.
So Edgar is now head of house. We see this in the first panel before we get to the flashbacks. Him and June and exhausted physically and emotionally, so they go about their jobs as normal, however Edgar explains that there is no more pride in this work. He no longer fawns over his workplace, his station in life, or over Cameron. He explicitly states that he was foolish and was only a "whim of youth" for Cameron, and now that the rose colored glasses are off he realizes that there is nothing there besides a spoiled rich kid who was rebelling against his father.
Edgar leaves the floor, and Cameron notices and follows. Both men then go an empty room where edgar serves cold tea. Cameron tries to placate Edgar by saying hes a good man and wont go to jail nc he truly is innocent. Edgar asks if thats all he has to say to him, and Cameron continues to say that he will provide a new work place for Edgar as a thank you. Edgar is appaled but not surprised to see Cameron truly does think of June and himself as servants before being people. So he goes tells Cameron this, and how he can have the balls to treat people that way when its so easy to settle the score.
All it takes is a poisoned cup of cold tea.

Hello everyone! We're back after a short break, and is it just me or do things look....different?
Tldr: in 60 June shows us Edgar has always been depressed and low-key suicidal, and runs to him. In 61 they find comfort in each other once more before an interesting ending to the chapter.
So chapter 60. We see June running to find Edgar, accompanied by some flash backs of their shared childhood. In the factory they grew up in, child suicide was common, and Edgar always observed the "rescues" from a dangerously high vantage point everytime he felt hopeless. He confided in June that he sympathizes with the dead, and how every day feels pointless and like a living he'll. June makes him promise to stay with her throughout life, as she will always need him and love him.
Back to the present, June gets there just in time and Edgar says that she truly loves him. June confirms that yes she does, but not the kissing type (romantically). They hug and truly embrace one another physically and emotionally, as they are the only ones who know exactly what the other is going through.
In 61, we see both of them sitting together on a hill top and just find comfort with each other. June reveals that she is dying, and edgar is understandably distressed, as he had just said that as long as they had each other everything would be okay. June makes Edgar promise to be with her until the end as the man she once knew. Edgar takes this as a romantic gesture, but June meant she needs someone stable and grounding, and that is who Edgar is to her. In exchange, Edgar says she needs to go to the doctor to try and find treatment, to which June says nothing.
Finally, we cut away to stage directions narrating edgar speaking to his therapist, then when we switch back to normal perspective we see edgar both speaking about June in the past tense and dressed like a noble man.
MY PERSONAL PREDICTION (MEANING IDK IF THIS WILL HAPPEN ITS JUST A GUESS) is that June and Edgar kill Cameron, June dies in Edgar's company as she wished, and Edgar inherits the estate as the one deemed most worthy/closest living relative.
And thats a wrap for this week folks! Im sorry this was so late, my cat refused to let me do anything today insisting today is a cuddle day. See yall next time!

Yeah there's really nothing to say so this is gonna be a short summary.
Tldr: June cusses out Cameron in her head and plans suicide, Edgar beats her too it like a proper older sibling.
So June had imagined Cameron speaking coldly and saying he feels pity for her, but then he keeps talking and says almost the same thing. He is excited to see her go to Paris, and June is livid at the mention since she knows she'll never make it. She takes the painting back to desecrate it and curses him, claiming he was supposed to be different, she wishes she could go back, when did it all go wrong, why was his love so shallow yet so deep inside her at the same time, etc.
June goes back to her room with plans to kill herself by overdosing on morphine. But when she gets there she sees Edgar's savings on the table for her and the jar missing. We then pan to Edgar himself holding the jar looking miserable. Like a good older brother, Edgar is refusing to give the younger one anything bc now he wants it. Yippieeee.
So these are getting depressing ("getting" we've been there) so here's a some words of encouragement! Yall are wonderful and doing amazing, and even if things aren't going well for you rn its ok bc youre still doing it!! Something is always better than nothing, and as time goes on things will change. Have a great day/night everyone, I guess we'll meet back here next week

Come one come all this is terrible and im so mad I didnt drop earlier bc now I feel obligated to finish. Cameron sucks, and I hate everyone
Tldr: edgar and June both beg Cameron to at least pretend that he still cares, and Cameron says no to edgar and laughs at June.
Well we start where we left off last week, with Edgar hugging Cameron and explaining how he misses being an essential part of his life. But with the lord dead, it makes sense that Cameron is no longer looking for an escape since he now has a "taste for a more distinguished lifestyle" to roughly quote. Edgar is literally BEGGING to be taken back (just more formally than June) but Cameron pushes him off and tells him thats its over.
Now Cameron meets up with June, and inquires about her health in order to see if she's really pregnant. June noticed and reassured him that there was no child. Cameron is relieved and starts trying to get June out of the estate since he plans to marry and cant have his old fling in the house. He tries to reassure her that he really did care, and that June helped him when he was at his lowest.
June is devastated and shocked that he can still pretend to care, so she asks in desperation one last time if he would stay with her at least while she dies of poisoning. Cameron laughs at the poor girl, and tells her that he pities her, but nothing else.
And thats that folks. This is getting harder and harder to read, at this point we just appreciate the art.
On a complete separate note I moved and am now broke!! If anyone wants to give me tips on staying on a tight budget I would appreciate it

Welp we only have a few more chapters left! It's all coming together
Tldr: June speaks to Victoria as a friend and they level with each other. Edgar is about to get arrested but throws Cameron under the bus and now they're both sad again.
So first and foremost June seeks out Victoria to make amends and tie up any loose ends. She says she forgives Victoria for burning her ticket out of the estate (her painting) and in turn asks that Victoria forgives her for ever liking Cameron. Victoria agrees on the condition that when she dies June will tell the police that Cameron murdered her just like his father. It is now we learn that Victoria is staying instead of going to England, showing how even though it hurts she cant leave the last of her family behind.
June feels sympathy for Victoria and pity for herself as she states her and Victoria aren't so different after all if they're both destined to die soon. (Again, she wasn't pregnant but had poisoning from the green paint. Actually a fun history lesson look it up).
Next we see the police trying to take Edgar away. He's asking for one last day and for the cops to come back in the morning but they're not having it. (Not as important but Edgar and the popo are speaking French and the maids dont know French but I love their screaming for edgars justice. A little confused but they got the spirit!) Anyways when Edgar sees no way out, he tells the police that Cameron also knew where the late lord was going that day, bringing more evidence to light and putting Cameron in a tight spot. So Cameron kicks out the police.
Finally we see Cameron and Edgar talking, but Cameron refuses to acknowledge Edgar by not turning around and is really talking to himself. Edgar hugs him from behind either in a "I miss you" kind of way or in "this is goodbye" and Cameron sensing either meaning tears up as if he has the right.
Well class, this is going to be a very short and DRASTIC next few chapters. Tune in next week for another "oh no" moment, and do stay well until then unlike our main cast!
Also side note! If you or a loved one is in an abusive situation and you have the opportunity to leave please take it! It's hard and it sucks but it will get better i promise. If anyone needs help please call a friend or family or even a hotline number. You are important and your life matters dont stay out of guilt or fear like Victoria!!!!

Yay we're learning folks! This feels like we're getting closer to the end and regaining some sanity!
Tldr: Cameron freaks out, Victoria is DONE, and June and Edgar realize how much they truly love each other in a familial way.
So Cameron stops them only to see someone is sick. He goes to join them, but when Victoria states that June is pregnant, he freaks out and tries to stop them from leaving once more. Thankfully, Victoria can be scary when needed, so she scares the driver into taking them to the hospital.
Edgar tries to thank her and offer to pay her back somehow, but Victoria shuts him down stating that she no longer trust him or anyone who has gotten involved with Cameron (which is fair bc everyone kinda screwed her over). Edgar regrets and turns to comfort June to hide his discomfort.
At the hospital, the doctor informs them that June is not pregnant, but has arsenic poisoning from the Emrald Green (SYMBOLISM). While asleep, June reminises over her green lover and how she truly thought they would be happy together, but is now realizing that she was just an escape for him. He always had a place to return too, she is forever out of place. Upon waking up and seeing the distressed Edgar, June realizes that she truly loves Edgar bc he gives her a place to belong, and Edgar loves her for the same reason.
Although, when she tells Edgar that he loves her he misunderstands, asking that she not say another thing about it because he cant bring himself to kiss her or love on her romantically, but she reassures him by just stating again that they live each other, and thats enough.
Whoo wooo! Acceptance between characters? The end is near! We're almost free but it's always calmest before the storm. Let's see what shit show happens next week

Sorry this turned into a tangent, read at your own risk lmao
Well they were kinda raised as siblings. I really think the only reason they didnt try to stay that way was bc of peer pressure and the way society was at the time. If you were not biologically related then you couldn't be family.
That's the case with Edgar and June, and you even saw it with the late lord and how he truly loved Edgar as a son, but couldn't fully take him in.
That entire way of thinking is insane to me bc I have an adopted brother and as much as we annoy and bully each other we're still family and I'd do anything to see him happy in life. So the notion of having to have some sort of intimate relationship with the opposite sex unless biologically related is both crazy and appalling to me.

Hello everyone! Short and sweet today thankfully I cant handle much heartbreak rn.
Tldr: June is depressed and misses Cameron, Edgar regrets and helps the sick June, Cameron thinks its all about him and tries to stop them.
So June misses "her Cameron" (she more misses the high life but sure) and faints while working. Edgar is in the middle of regretting his actions when he sees June passed out and immediately goes to take her to a hospital. I honestly thought she got sick bc of the green paint (iykyk) but when they run into Victoria she claims June is pregnant with Cameron's child. Another bastard from a bastard child. Woo whoo.
As they enter the visiting lady's carriage (the woman Cameron is legally trying to have a family with) Cameron stops them, saying the three of them are trying funny shit in broad day light to get him in trouble.
Super easy chapter this time, I did read MIYU's spoilers and im already so done with all of these charges. Tune in next week I guess(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜

So sorry Im so late! I was at a wedding where the people actually loved each other unlike Cameron and Edgar
Tldr: Cameron and Edgar cuss each other out and hurt feelings. That's it. That's the chapter.
But to go more in depth, Cameron explains to Edgar that he never truly loved HIM, only the idea of him. Edgar's green eye allowed Cameron to see a reflection of his childhood self who never received love. Cameron goes on to say how jealous he was of Edgar bc HE received the lord's love despite not only being a commoner but a foreigner as well. Cameron loved Edgar bc of the fantasy and delusion he made up to comfort himself and now that he knows Edgar and him are related, he can no longer love him for fear of Edgar taking over the household and stealing what little Cameron has left.
Edgar himself is extremely hurt. He claims that Cameron should at least continue to act as though he cares about him, thats what Edgar believes he is owed. But he is denied, and as Cameron continues talking and giving "pathetic confessions" Edgar starts to realize that he truly wasn't loved, that his perfect life and lover was all a facade to help "heal" Camerons inner child. The chapter ends with Edgar calling Cameron a pathetic cheap man whore, and Cameron (who is also hurting and regretting his father's death) confirms that statement for Edgar and walks away.
I fought hives, food poisoning AND being hungover to bring you this summary today. And yet Cameron and Edgar continue to disappoint me. Welp see you all next week for when everything gets EVEN WORSE somehow

Ladies and gentlemen that's a wrap on Cameron and Edgar's "love story"
Tldr: Cameron has matured due to no longer vying after anyone's love, Victoria is shocked and hurt at her own powerlessness, and Edgar is realizing who his master truly is.
To begin! Cameron is showing a noble woman and her parents around the estate with the intention of gaining her hand in marriage. He passes by June and the painting of himself, and walks away unbothered, very on the nose symbolism as to how he's done with June entirely.
Next is Victoria. She's shocked that Cameron would mature suddenly and is also slightly heartbroken. She lived vicariously through her brother to experience such extravagant and carefree freedom. But now he has given up. There is no one left to pursue for any sort of affection, so Cameron intends to make a family of his own bc children will give him unconditional love right? (No.) Victoria threatens him saying he must confess or Edgar is going to jail. Cameron reminds her that he is head of the house (and a man) not her. She has no people, no power, and no say. Also, the only reason she truly wants a confession is to put herself at ease. To prove that the wild Cameron was still there, and that he hadn't matured.
(Basically she wants to see him provoke the police bc he'd think its funny or bc hes cocky enough to believe he'd get out of it when he wouldn't. Cameron knows this and is telling her to fuck off)
Now Edgar. Our "not a hero not a villian just a sad man whose done bad things" protagonist. Cameron kissed him in front of Victoria as a final "fuck you you're on your own" to his sister and Edgar is hurt. He cant believe that Cameron was just using him, he truly thought that they loved each other which is why he trusted cameron to back his alibi. But Cameron explains to Edgar that no he doesn't love him and he never claimed too. Edgar made that up all on his own.
Ok so now for MY PERSONAL 2 cents. Cameron is in love with the idea of love, and he did what he could to achieve it. Nobody else truly wanted him, so he became even more jaded. When he met Edgar, he started pulling the same shit but at the same time wanted attention from his father (that is how this all started). So when his father gave up and died, Cameron realized that there's no point, no one is going to truly love him so he needs to start from scratch; hence the attempt to start a family.
However, everyone that he roped into his emotional distress is now suffering the consequences, causing depression in some and anger in others, which explains the insanity in the chapters to come.
Home stretch everyone! It only gets worse from here! Hold on tight and pray bc no one is getting out of this
So! Edgar has lost it. We knew this.
Tldr: edgar spills his guts and obsession/anger towards Cameron and plans to kill him.
Short summary today. Edgar basically just goes on and on about how he loved Cameron and only asked for his heart in return, never vying after his body, money or title. Edgar goes as far as to break the late lords carriage so that they may be delayed and thus give edgar and Cameron more time to themselves. Unfortunately, the break led to the lord's death, and Cameron knew edgar was responsible since he saw him commit the act. This is why he never gave him a testimony. Now Cameron is promising that he'll say whatever to the police if edgar let's him go, but edgar is done. He knows Cameron will never be his, and that along with how angry he is at him, has led him to murder Cameron, so that they can "be together in nightmares". Cameron tries to escape and screams for help, only for June to show up. He gets excited and we get flashbacks to when they were together, but in the last scene we see June embracing Cameron, and thus pushing him back into the room.....
My bad I had no internet all day so here's a late summary. See yall next week to see what shenanigans come next!
