She sounds super jealous that the numbers aren't simping for her instead. Even more furious that, deep down, she knows 001 is WAY ahead of them in terms of skill but still had tendency to show mercy. I think that's what gets to her. With his skillset, he should have been ruthless and merciless yet he was kind and THAT'S what the numbers ended up respecting. Somehow, that logic doesn't connect.
