Like I said before I understand Adele's actions but at the same time the duke's hesitation in answering Adele's confession was perfectly reasonable.
He had a trauma that made him unable to trust women, and it was also the first time he ever fell in love. Adele is forgetting their whole relationship was based on the contract that they made in the first place, that SHE AGREED WITH, so I don't understand why she's complaining now about Felix just "using her" to solve the problem with Susan. It was part of the contract.
And to top it all off, Adele is kind of pushing the duke into doing what SHE wants - is it so difficult to give the man a few days to breathe and really think about his and Adele's relationship?? Give him some time to think??? He was so busy with dealing with his own problem with Susan and basically the whole kingdom (since the problem involves even the crown prince) and Adele here is only thinking about herself. When she and Felix finally met after the problem being solved she showed no reflection of empathizing him. Until the end when she's talking about their relationship her concerns centered mainly on her, as if Felix didn't get affected by the rumors too.
If she was really planning on giving him some space by leaving Felix's mansion, then why does she have to manipulate the whole thing in her favor, making sure he does EXACTLY as SHE wants? I know Adele has been through a lot with what happened and all but yes, in my opinion this is definitely unfair for Duke Felix. He's being lead left and right like a dog on a leash. I don't even care about the ending anymore I'll just assume they lived happily ever after. ┑( ̄Д ̄)┍

How would Adele know what's good for Felix and what's not? The duke has his own mind, opinions, beliefs, and so on. He can think and make a decision for himself; even if he's naive like you said he's a full grown adult. Besides, there's no guarantee that if what Adele has planned worked means that they're never getting any marriage problems after. In real life, a healthy married couple still gets problems/small fights. It's part of being married.
Guiding someone is one thing but manipulating them into doing your bidding is another. What Adele has been doing is the latter.

"Perfectly reasonable", he told her he's unsure twice... he's obviously in love with her to the point that it's readily apparent to as anyone who's served the duke, she let his density slide for a bit and after being told "I dunno" TWICE she decided to do a pull tactic because it would kill two birds with one stone. It kills the rumors and she gets to be chased by him a bit since he was being wishy-washy.

I read the spanish raws a little and even tho I can only understand a little I'm absolutely annoyed at how childish the heroine is acting. She's so annoying and it's appalling how she thinks that the Prince is hers when they aren't even lovers. Like who does she even thinks she is?? She's in a different world now, and if she didn't appear inside the palace she would be treated as a commoner. The Prince probably won't even look her way if that has happened instead.
She doesn't know her place at all. She's acting so entitled. Just because the queen is kind to her doesn't mean she has the right to act rude.
Edit:
Here's the spanish raws link in case you're looking for it!

yes, Mia is annoying as hell. No, she kinda understands in the end that she is not fitted to be the emperors lover. The queen is panicking because she thinks the story is the same as the book, that she will be empress and die in rhe end.
The chapters where you see Mia are slow since her personality is like an immature person who doesnt realize where she is, and cant achieve what she wants. The "loving the emperor increasing" part is kinda the emperor brothers fault, since he encourages Mia to keep pursuing her love.
I felt kinda sad for Mia, but the mc cares of her so she is not alone at all. I kinda wanna know how this developes, so i will wait for more upsates

I searched the song link for chapter 15, and since it gives the scene more flavor, here you go! :

I was scared to pick this up because of yet another implication that DID patients are m*rderers. I stopped reading after chapter 3. Those suffering this mental illness already have enough of those tropes in movies and books or whatever. They don't need another one. Even if this story is saying that the alter did it for a purpose, it's still kind of portraying that if you have this, you are dangerous.
If someone who have DID doesn't know they have it and read stories like these, imagine how scared of themselves they will be. Not remembering things is scary enough for them already.
(Also just in case people who wants to read this are reading the comments; please be warned that this series has a lot of triggering things such as abuse and etc.)

I have DID and im really gald that you pointed this out but the story is pretty interesting XDDDDDDDD yes I've never in my life seen a DID representing movie/comic/manga that got EVERYTHING PERFECTLY right but idk if you saw i commented about that.. and uhh its not surprising to see such a reaction
if a person literally bought up your trauma and tied you up and did all that shit ofc alter would get aggressive!
Heck even a person without DID would do the same probably..
But you see protectors are exactly for that! NO NO NOT TO KILL BUT TO PROTECT THE PERSON FROM THATS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE! XDDDDDD
If you don't hurt them they won't hurt you..
Literally only read this hoping I'll get to see the dad but I never did. Disappointed cuz he was my crush ┗( T﹏T )┛
