From chapter 115 to 120/1ish it's Wei wuxian in Mo xuanyu's body right!? So do the juniors(more specifically lan suzhui) suspect lan Zhan of liking Mo xuanyu(cuz that's the physical body unless they already know it's Wei wuxian which I doubt)
Ppl dont find out its wei ying until much later in the novel, in the manwha it wont b for a while (I suspect) The entirety of the novel post reincarnation, wei ying is in mo xuanyu's body. No one suspects lan zhan of something so "vulgar" like liking/lusting after another man since lan zhan is like the epitome of righteousness, grace, diginity, elegance; separate from the regular vices of human nature etc. The only person who hints at it is jiang cheng and it's only like once (in the novel anyway)
The reason I doubted was because to everyone who were present in the place they were staying, Lan Zhan removed his headband infront of Mo xuanyu and tied his wrists (for the peopl who are witnessing that scene) Wei wuxian was trying to play it off my by saying it's a new way To use it headband and lan jingyi trys to correct them by saying that's not what our head band is for but lan sizhui cuts him off and plays along. Even jin ling hints at them being close or something..
Yea they all think it's kinda weird, imo they kind of go with the flow like its HanGuang-Jun whatever hes doing must be right lol. I get the vibe the juniors dont rly care? Jin ling is the only one who sort of calls wei ying out on it.(like right after the ribbon tying thing) I think Sizhui is completely chill about it. Like he doesnt give 2 shits one way or the other and jingyi is too dense to think that far and its HanGuang-Jun after all. Imo all 3 of them think it's kind of odd but they dont rly think lan zhan is capable of being a cut sleeve so they just brush it off as something weird. Could be wrong but that's what it felt like when I was reading the novel/manhwa

Juniors do not know it's WWX. No one except LWJ knows that WWX is Mo Xuanyu.
As for why they are listening to him has probably a lot to do with LWJ, Lan juniors respect his 'guest', other juniors (minus Jin Ling) follow the example and finally even Jin Ling starts listening to his not-so-crazy uncle.

No one knows except lan zhan althou jiang cheng suspects it by now. As far as listening to him its 2 fold, 1. hes close enough to lan zhan to call him by his birth name and seems to be respected by him as well which is a big deal to the juniors. 2. Hes taught them stuff both in yi city and at dafan mountain, hes quick on his feet and saved them a few times already so they are starting to respect him for his own merits (that's also why they dont think hes actually crazy anymore) also about the headband, I think sizhui and jingyi knows the headband is a big deal but I dont think they've thought too deeply about it. More like just like accepting it and going with the flow lol Jin ling though knows what it means and definitely suspects he has a 1sided thing for lan zhan since no one would ever think lan zhan would so something so "vulgar" like liking another man
