What I've understood from the author's notes is that they've already recovered physically but they've reached a point where they are questioning whether they are fit for making webtoons and don't feel like continuing the series. So maybe it's a creativity block?

Uploaders for the officials probably use their own money to buy and then upload it here so why not. I appreciate the official translations as I it makes me understand the story far better. There are many fan translations out there that we think is good enough but when we read the officials, it's like we've been reading a different story lol. My only hang up is getting multiple official versions uploaded on top of fan translations. It's something I hope the site owners consider as a new use case for this website in a developer POV
