Novel explanation: Shinje made it look easy rescuing Yugeon is because he's been there before. The scene where everyone left Shinje but in the end he was the only one who made it out alive? That was inside Mazzaroth. And the place where Yugeon went was still near the entrance and the easy levels. Shinje and Chan, even if he's only a panther, are both S-class, the highest, while the other two are A-class so they're one of the strongest teams out there. Chan's my favourite as he literally has a crush on Yugeon compared to psycho Shinje. We're now near the climax of the story although it will probably take a while as it's difficult to illustrate the complicated story
