This was a cute read. The author was serious when they said they prefer short stories. This had potential to be more, but I also respect that they did what they wanted. Why are you talking so conclusively when the story hasn't even finished yet. At some point, obviously, actions are going to be regretted, they're going to apologise, someone is going to pursue someone, etc. Let Mingwa cook! If everyone in this story was a martyr or a mary sue, not complex characters, you'd be bored. I'll judge Jinx when this is all over. Although I don't appreciate much of Mingwa's recycled plots but I digress. I think you let your hatred boil over for 9 days and when the next chapter comes out, you repeat the same pattern. If you read the entire thing in one go, the story has good flow and pacing. Many years from now, books, movies, even manga/manhwa/manhua would either be a lost art or adapt and be all shorter than it is now because the current gen has short attention span, all about the short dopamine bursts
