So out of all of the BL titles released on the first year Lezhin started publishing BL in English (or at all) I guess this one lasted the longest?

That's what she posted about it on twitter.
She could be working on a new series right now and we just don't know it. Preparing for serialization can take a while and she also had to take care of the physical release. Most authors take at least a one year break between webtoons and those who publish without seasonal breaks often take longer.
However, if she still doesn't have a new series next year I'll be worried.
