This was playing through my head the whole chapter:
Who tf are you? Who tf are you? Who you is? Who you be ? Huh? I dont even know your ahh. Go away you bish. You a whole ahh bish!
Did she think the whole world was gonna wipe her ahh. Like girl bye. Dont send her to earth, she would have got a reality check at a young age.

Yeah I like the red head, but I hate when people interfere with other people relationships. I also hate when people force their twisted ideology down other peoples throats. If you ask me, the empress should step her game up not the emperor. We can also say that she got what she wanted to easily.

But the alternative was death, she doesn't want to be the Empress which means her character doesn't have a goal which makes her boring but it doesn't mean that things were easy for her. What she wants is peace how is she going to step her game up to create peace when she's already achieved it? Also, by your logic Celestian is justifiably angry with the Emperor because he is interfering both with her marriage and her friendship with Lilian

I find it sad that the twins were abused, but I honestly dont think their father abandoned them. Im just ready to get the full story of him and the twins' mother. I also admire the emperor. His story is sad too. He wanted to stay loyal to his wife even after his death, but he ended ho getting a curse, raped, and two children he didn't know how to interact with. He also has to deal with the gossip of nobles who dont know the full story and just assume the king liked to play. On top of that he doesn't get emotions that well, so it all must have been hard. People say he should have tried harder to get the twins, but nobody looks at it from his perspective. I dont think it is as simple as hiring someone to kill her..
The dumb itch tried to have it both ways. Cant have the children and the curse. The only reason she could do both at first was because the twins were in her body. The moment she gave birth, she no longer had the blood. She got mad and started abusing the twins. At least, that's what I got.
