I should have picked up some cutie in high-school I was distracted by mangas and manhwas and ao3 back then, and now the same stories are making me feel single
Okay, ch 19 says that the first Regas that the King imprints on is killed as a prince and then they bring in substitutes that look exactly like the first Regas to encourage a fixation.
We also see that the King actually did like his first Regas to a certain extend- going as far as to call him a "false hope that was killed"
But the Duke and the King have the same fixation? They prefer the exact same figure and features in a Regas- which as I read is related to the initial regas.
Could it be that the Duke also knew the first Regas that raised the King? Is he also fixated on that image? Or is it solely fuelled by wanting to take away what belongs to the King?
Clearly other regas candidates exist, bc we saw that bear of a man sleeping with them in the castle. Why *this* fixation?
It's a very fluffy story so far, but personally, I'd like to see some more hardships or moments of character development. I feel like we're cruising by just now.

A Typical Reincarnation Story, Broken Ring and A Capable Maid were nice at the beginning but I sort of got tired of the excess drama. Is there anything else that fits the bill?
Was a gay ass ending. Fuck off. Assholes. Lowkey happy they both had someone with them at the end though.

The novel isn't finished, so the 2nd ML, his boss, keeps sending gifts to the OG love interest. They always get rejected and end up with MC often, so he enjoys the whole drama.
But something happens and MC's heat hits while the MC is with his boss. Boss finds him in the shower with all his clothes on and helps him.
The novel also has pretend dating later on, iirc. Does anyone know this story?
Sander is allying itself with Baraat for herbs/ medicine? Why poison Lyrica then? Unless the sister is the heir.
Pai must have realised that Lyrica is a mage and probably hoped to have her heal his sister. But why would Atil stop him then? Does he think Sander is inherently untrustworthy or did the poisoning scare him off?

He very clearly wants no part in this, but his body is being used for sexual purposes despite his best efforts. It's genuinely kind of sad
I love that the artist very clearly spelled out that Su Yuan is in leather straps and tied up & dressed up often.
I love that deviations from the original are specified and that extra context is regularly added to the story. It helps us appreciate the world building more. Thank you so much!
