Tbh, for me, it still had promise when it started, and was kinda okay in the chapters where it last updated before hiatus(?) . The recent uploads though (2020), make me uneasy. I feel like it would've been really great if it didn't focus that much on gags... but well, since it's comedy I'm just gonna accept it as it is... I still really feel like it's a waste of potential and should've been more on the deeper side - like a good comedy but with deep implications.
At first I really love how Wataru was growing to know more about gays and drag queens, and it showed promise to how the story would give some focus on him recovering from his honophobia plus him realizing not to generalize all gays... But it seems that idea got scrapped, which is really too bad for me. The topic only covered a few small panels and small speech bubbles, like it was there just to settle Wataru's animosity towards them...
It's good to know that other people still enjoy this though :)
Don't get me wrong, I love comedy BL! But this one, I guess, just didn't suit me... I really had high hopes when I first read this and was so excited that it finally updated. But sadly it crushed my hopes. Hachi's attitude was really endearing and empowering at first, but by the end, to me, he just came off as someone with a bad attitude, a jerk.
I get what you feel i got super interested in this manga a few years ago because the story is kinda interesting for me and the art is pretty good too so I had high expectations, but the story just got a bit meh lately. I'm still gonna read it until the end tho because I still want some closure after years of waiting for the chapters,,,

The sexual tension between them from the start of the chapter until before they decided to have sex was so sexy, imo. If I may say, I found it sexier than the actual sex hdbshdjsjs

The fact that Caius want Kouichi to be happy is somehow selfish, but at that point, knowing that Caius knew the risk he still do it for him but it turns out he didn't tell Kouichi of what will be the cause and instead want to fulfill Kouichi's wish and at the end it's like breaking his promise to meet him again....I just hope nothing happen so seriously bad.
