you know what... this might be a controversial take but I feel like this would have been a better story if it wasn't BL but about family. cause damn, his worries actually fucking feels real... your goals being laid out to you and not having a personal one hits so close to home. and I'm a sucker for familial love.
like I knew what I was getting into from the start and I have no problems about incest in fiction BUT we get a really heartwarming family scene and then we get a whiplash of them kissing. it feels strange tbh
edit: and as user Sun1441 mentioned below, it feels rushed. it definitely wouldn't feel as jarring if we got a proper transition to the romantic love. unfortunate

okay im ngl, I'm disliking the fact that a lot of people are immediately onboard to understand garam's insecurity but not jaehyuk smh. like I understand where both are coming from but some people are brushing over the fact that jaehyuk was literally insecure because garam never outright said he likes him before this? guy out here literally couldn't get it up for anyone else, always openly expressed his feelings, and now I fucking realize how the receiving end must have never looked past themselves to never take notice of that and it's fucking sad. I didn't wanna say this but with how people are reacting, it wasn't jaehyuk who refused to talk. man, fuck this hypocrisy.

people can hold both opinions
jh's current actions doesn't erase his past, we as readers have the advantage of knowing context, each side, and most of their inner thoughts
jh didn't always express his emotions, he did petty shit while he was discovering and accepting his identity, doing a 180 because of the power of love, while cute and funny, makes it weird for garam to just jump into his arms and be open with everything
we all (or at the very least, the most of us) love this reformed fuckboy and want to see their relationship play out as the story develops

God this is so fucking true man. It kinda makes me realize how common the insecure uke can be because of how many people instantly sympathize with the uke, and come to antagonize the seme. It's like jaehyuk isn't allowed to feel like shit and do things like walk out bc he's popular and outgoing or smt, he just wanna hear a few words :')
okay yall might be forgetting but did people just not remember the panels where hakyung's, as jiyoung, manly features were emphasized and yoonsung was looking at them? or the fact he suggested they go to america? of course he knew
LMAO EXACTLY there was no other reason for him to bring up moving to america
Which chapter?
i went back and read those bc my mind jumped straight to those chapters. the author did so well with hinting that he knew all along and still loved him.
Which chapters pls?
the feature highlight was early chapters and the moving the america was pretty recent. sorry can't really have time to scour through everything
Okay thx!!
