Same? did the original get deleted or smth? I`m pretty sure this story was in a series of short stories together in one. Does anyone remember the name? Also i think it might be like monthly chest (I mean he does tho..)

Idk what the name of the Anthology is...but when you search the korean name of this story to this to this one site, it will show two different short stories. (They're uploaded together so I assumed that it was an anthology.)

I mean that could be a reason, but unless stated/ implied we can't really just assume that he has learning disability.
