Jin is the leder of the other faction. He was Voctor's ex boyfriend (Noeah is the name Victor uses so people don't recognize him). Peter is the guy that imprisoned Victor and tortured him (in the end Victor killed him). Peter experimented on a lot of humans, mostly Grays (people without citizenship).
I'm pretty sure the "Peter" that Viktor killed before the start of the start of the story was a fake. (We even saw a glimpse of Peter in the present at one point, indicating hes still alive).
I believe a Grey pretended to be Peter so that he could seek asylum, but then Viktor found him and killed him thinking he was the real Peter.
Oh yes I do remember Jin but I still can't remember when peter tortured victor's (Noah) wasn't he under his sis Alex care all the time?
Yea, Peter was the sadistic psycho who decided to gouge out and torture grays body parts especially their eyes because he gets turned on from certain set of eyes and I’m already knowing he probably did something with noah (aka Viktor) til the point he’s still traumatized til this day about him when he’s brought up
