i donno if u still need an answer or not as it has been a few months but ren, the black haired guy, realizes his own feelings by really thinking about the things and all the memories with kai (light haired guy) and stuff. so he told kai how he is feeling about him ("you're my world" etc.) and they mutually love each other the same way. ^^

All I say about extra 3 is that it can't possible be conan to the story if they did sleep together. At best Sword and Mutou were pretty professional where Mutou supplied
the drugs and then Sword would sell them to the inmates and they split the profits, and at worst they hated each other guts and were using the other.
