Is a cauliflower ear, it’s because he’s a fighter, it’s a cool design choice but you can Defo google about that if your interested
yes they're called cauliflower ears and develop when you sustain impact injurys in that area aka being hit. A lot of MMA fighters and boxers have them. Over time it's kind of inevitable to get hit and have your ears change
