I think one solution (except from God's help because we are beyond saving ) is to tell someone very close to you that you have a test so that they can check on you. Since I don't want to lie to that person I feel obligated to work so that the next time they check I can say I advanced somehow. I know if I still can't get started they'll find the words to make me
