This alpha-omega-Beta-stuff is so bizarre, far-fetched and actually a bit gross; I am amazed how many mangaka are tempted to use it as a plot element. Must be because they're forced by their editors, maybe?
People randomly get horny and that makes some other people horny (heat and rut) and mpreg is also possible, then there is the mating which shows their love
pure porn material and can also be turned cute, no reason to not want it honestly ╮(￣▽￣)╭

All this stuff about weird genitals and pheromones and stuff is icky, as far as I'm concerned. Heat and rut and all that is animal behavior, and not the type of animal like us humans. As I said: I find it too far-fetched.

I do mind incorrect; it goes against my logic nature. There's something illogical about humans having 3 genders like that. If I were to make a story about more than one way of reproducing, among humans, I would try and make it make sense somehow, and make it have a purpose in the story, like tackling the homophobia that happens in real life, or something like that. Not just random.
Maybe it's my being a mangaka myself that causes me to overhtink the plots, sometimes.

This is what the Japanese mangaka do best: describing an emotional and psychological evolution of a character, in a lovely and funny way. Better than samurai slicing and space adventures, demon slaying or yaoi smudge (although they do all that pretty good too).
That cat is a funny little bitch, hissing and scratching but caring nonetheless
