Ok, this was actually a reply to a comment but I thought others might be confused about some of the dialogues in this chapter.
It is actually a bit long but I will try my best to explain:
The duke and Vinter start talking about the hunting competition. The Duke remembers that Vinter is of age to get married and that Vinter lost his father at a young age.
The Duke asks if any ladies have given him any gifts, and idk what he meant but I think he rejected them.
Vinter then complimented the Duke on the amulet that Penelope gave him and the Duke became very proud and said that his daughter gave it to him.
Vinter was surprised that Penelope gave it to the duke (idk why he was surprised but okay).
Then the Duke talked about the cuffs on Vinter's wrist and Vinter said it was a gift. The Duke thought it was from a girlfriend Vinter had which is why he rejected the other ladies, but Vinter said they are not in that kind of relationship. (Did Penelope give the cuffs to him, I don't remember).
The Duke said that if it wasn't in that kind of relationship, then he wouldn't have worn it so he kept asking for hints on how it was. (Sir I think it was ur daughter, but I may be wrong).
Vinter saw that there were many people that wanted to know so he just said that "She's a girl with a bad smile." He also said that whenever she goes to him, she keeps her distance. (Y'all Penelope got him ayyyyyyyyyy)
He said some other stuff too but its just more dialogue.
Then the brothers come to scene and its a mess with girls kinda throwing themselves at them. Penelope thought that these girls don't really care about their personalities cause the brothers r hot. (I agree, the brothers are very hot)
Moving on to the Prince and Penelope cause that's more fun.
So Penelope has one more amulet left (she gave one to her maid and one to her father). She is thinking about who to give it to but Derrick is out of the question (cause he's a lil shit).
But then the crown prince came and took it. (He'a a lil shit too but at least he doesn't abandon his sister when big ass monsters come, so he's better in my opinion).
Crown prince thought it was for him cause it matched his hair color. Penelope tried to get it back cause she thought the Prince is going crazy. Prince is taller than Penelope so she couldn't really do anything.
Penelope said it wasn't for him so Prince thought it was for another dude so he said he will deliver it to him personally. He was very threatening cause he was jealous. Penelope said it was for Reynold. But Prince said that Reynold has enough gifts from other ladies.
Penelope kinda gave up cause Prince was at 10% so she said he can keep it. She also said it looked good on him which rose to 12%.

I mixed them together so it makes sense. Also the teleport spells was the Duke boasting about the amulet that Penelope gave him. The other parts were worded too weirdly for me to understand.
