Okay so I could be slightly wrong but it's heavily implied, and kinda shown that Wonil kills Park Dohyuk/Yoo Jaehyuk (after Dohyuk attempted to kill Wonil them tried to hang both himself and Hwang Young). After Dohyuk's death, Hwang Young starts hallucinating him and feels comfort and love from his 'presence'
