The only stupid people here are the ones victim blaming our MC. Oh no, what a surprise that he trusts the man that took him in when his own family abandoned him. It's sooo surprising that he trusts the figure who spent years manipulating and cementing his image as his one and only family. Congrats, you have the privilege of being a reader with an omniscient point of view, but he doesn't. So no fucking duh, of course he trusts him.

No, there's only nudity involved (and he gets really injured to the point of death). The ML arrived before he could be raped, and the commotion allowed our MC to escape. Then he's found by the ML when he's about to die.
