Good! I actually almost dropped this manhwa several times in S1 and pushed myself to finish, now I'm hyped for 2nd couple yet I thought this wud focus on them.. Turns out it looks like it'd be 50:50 with 1nd couple..

I usually like tsundere type but sitong is just downright confusing for me, with the way he pined for Zichen for so long and yet after getting the confirmation their feelings are mutual in the middle of S1 he's still very passive and just let Zichen doing all the pursuing. I hope 2nd couple has better communication and colorful dynamic

I think they burn quicker and hotter but just stay simmering for as many chapters as the first couple took to get together which is frustrating in its own way. Idk if that makes sense lol. They do kiss a lot more, a lot sooner, and are just as soft.

With xiao nan child abuse, this couple seems to be more intriguing for me. I sometimes get frustrated with Sitong push and pull ngl, like Zichen ends up pursuing after him all the time lol eventho Sitong was the one who fell first

But even in S2 I already feel a lot of sexual tension from these new couple and didn't know they will have s2 dedicated for them which I'm very happy about.

Late response, sorry! When their story starts it's clear that the second couple love each other deeply so there is less of that frustrating push and pull of them figuring out their own feelings and having to prove it to one another like the first couple. They kiss pretty early on and continue to be very intimate but won't put a label on it for their own hang ups. We get a lot of inner monologue from Lu Nan and it is all very epic just how much he loves Xin Yang. It should feel more frustrating that they won't just be together but the reasons are pretty noble of wanting to be better because they think the person they love deserve more. Xin Yang is god like in his patience though he does get super jealous despite only ever displaying the aloofness. Lu Nan is completely oblivious to all of it though because he just loves him so much that it doesn't even register and that becomes one of their biggest struggles. Through all of it though they love each other so, so much so those problems don't feel super significant. And yessss, so much sexual tension.

I'm currently translating Chaotic Desire (Confusion Desire on Mangago bc I didn't initially post it here and published it with the wrong title just to see how quickly aggregated mangabots work. Answer: really fucking quick). It's nothing like this story lol.

it’s kinda confusing? it doesn’t really go into detail yet why the ml is doing what he’s doing, but it will probably all be explained in future chapters. other than that, it has a good mc and there’s some misunderstandings kind of? ultimately, it’s good and you should try to read it hahha

Concealing his face has nothing to do with being ashamed. That's for identity and it's common for camming, for many reasons but mostly safety. I agree it's contradictory that he's not ashamed but I think he's more mad at thinking he's being judged.

Except he didn't yell at him for finding out. He was angry because he also makes good money but he thought that he was being looked down on for HOW he makes it. "You're just some guy that jacked off to my show" = you're the one giving me your money you're not special to me. Remember he actually really admired the author so he's upset that he thinks he's being looked down on. Being judged is annoying and I'd be upset if I felt that way too, doesn't mean he's ashamed.

Agreed, this is what I'm trying to convey, that reaction was rooted from insecurity, he ofc comparing his job to the respected author consciously or not, and felt inferior and judged, eventho the neighbor said nothing to mock him..
that is at the end of the day, ashamed. Even his own words is condescending.
And that's valid and logical, it's not a job he can talk upfront to anyone after all
