Honestly I have adhd and one thing that kind of helps me is focusing on one thing. It doesn’t matter what it is as long as I can close my eyes and just focus one one thing it rlly helps me fall asleep when my mind is running rampant. What rlly helped me was practice questions/tests, Repetition(like writing things over and over again), flashcards, acronyms, and teaching it to someone/yourself as if you were a teacher.
