Well, i really hate when manhwa/manga artist choose to insert rape as a "form of love" or create tensions or whatever. Yooin was too drunk to remember but judging of Yahwi reactions the next day, he was PERSUADED that Yooin was aware. Yahwi himself has been all about consent during all the 19 chapters, being strictly polite and respecting boundaries.
