Same sentiment. I just read it ignoring the plot holes. It was just a bit misleading at first since I conditioned myself that they understood each other because the other side is a different world and magic/love gives them the power to communicate.
But apparently, they are in the same modern world....there was even a scene when he goes out and sees the buildings and is in awe with the fixtures and faucets. Like...if he is a prince in the modern world, shouldn’t he already know about it? Like, he has a private jet even!
I think the author may have changed the story a bit for some reason though...
Or maybe he found a different magic mirror way through and used some of his world's wealth to buy a jet and come see him...? IDK I'm just happy with magic and love and cuteness :D

I feel like this webtoon couldn't decide what it wants to be. It started okay. They fed me with the premise of the plot, introduced hugos, underground arena, the whole new world... and then they just forgot about that, and focused on fucking. I don't have anything against smut without plot type of BL, but then don't cheat me with the fake plot. It makes me interested in something that you won't deliver.
