yeah, kazuomi is actually trying to say that tendou is actually in love with kadota and that's why he shut kazuomi up.

She didn't even get on my nerves like some other girls do.. She was just honest to her own feelings.. She didn't even try desperately to snatch one from another, when she realised they had feelings for each other she gave up! So Why's she getting so much hate for ( ̄へ ̄)

Although I think she realized they had feelings for each other long before, when she told Misamichi she was going to confess to Gaku. But that doesn't make me hate her any more. Because it seems to me that they had already decided not to confess to each other long before Rio confessed to Gaku. And Rio was probably trying to give them a safe place. However, I think she might have actually liked Misamichi not Gaku because remember Gaku's words to him after she first confessed?

I'm a bit confused here was the prototype kept by kuroda till he grew up or did he not since I didn't see him in the first chapter or hazuki was the prototype since he was the first model

I think you brought up an interesting question that the mangaka left unanswered, possibly on purpose. Lets break it down a bit, if Prototype-kun was one of the first models made, then we should have seen him at least once in the first story. UNLESS: 1) Sensei just left him out because why not? or 2) He was thrown out by Kuro because Prototype-kun reminded him too much of Tsukishima. I mean think about it, he didn't even give him a proper name because the last thing he wanted to do was get attached to Prototype-kun because he knew exactly what he resembled. So maybe he was like "its time to let you go fam." However, heres why I think this wouldn't work: Prototype-kun already had his first words and was walking, but Hazuki took 5 years just to move, 6 and a half years to speak. Also, I think Hazuki would have grown up to look like Tsukishima, unless the way Hazuki was raised altered his looks.
It would've been pretty cool and heart wrenching though if Hazuki was Prototype-kun that was just thrown out.

I had always assumed that Hazuki was the prototype, and that the reason it took him so long to talk was because he was abandoned by Kuroda, who he had already begun to establish a connection with.
As for Hazuki not looking like Tsukishima, it probably has to do with the whole reflecting the heart of its owner concept but idk lol
I watched the anime after reading it and it did allude to Hazuki being the prototype in episode 1 but I don't know if they just put it in there for more feels.
Hehhh I thought it was fake update but then it wasn't ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
