i hope the second prince rain takes the throne... the first prince is much too rash, and he doesn't think about the consequences of his actions at all. the second prince is much more fair and looks at perspectives being overlooked. the first prince should do some training and realize that he can't get everything he wants just because he's the first prince

so what could the old chloe be doing in the protag's body in the 21st century world? wasn't the protag in business? the mild and anxious old chloe that we know of based off the various memories didn't really have that practical experience. unless she's using the knowledge the protag left on her body, the way chloe's memories lingered. i just kinda wish we could see more about the life that she is leading, maybe as an extra or something. she didn't seem like a bad person at all, just someone who was put in some difficult circumstances that she couldn't handle. i wanna see her beginning of adjusting to the world the way we saw the protag's.
I would be all for a spin-off or something to see Chloe adjusting to life in modern world and perhaps finding love there herself
literally same!! it would be just as interesting as the current story, and there are a lot more isekai stories than reverse isekai stories!! i wanna see how chloe is faring in her new environment. i feel like it would be even more of a shock than it was for our protag, since our protag was going backward in time but had an idea about customs. what a shock it would be coming to a more modern era!!

yeah i find it not satisfying and just really a bad situation to end on, which is why i'm hoping there is more to it than just that~ i'd feel so bad for the characters if that was the ending for them

so according to some searching around online, there are 18 total volumes (the series finished in the summer of 2020). the latest update was for volume 15. however, there are some conflicting articles about whether the series has 16 volumes or 18. from what i understand, the 18th volume includes an extra epilogue fast forwarded 7 years ahead from where they conclude? and japan's amazon also seems to show 18 volumes, so while some sources may say 16 volumes, it seems 18 would be more accurate. assuming each has 4-5 chapters per, that can be 12-15 chapters left, most likely including the epilogue since I've read that the last volume is 4 chapters according to twitter. if anyone is confused y'all can comment below i will try to answer as best as i can!!

with the pace that the volumes are being uploaded (every 2-3 months) it will likely be completed by end of spring of 2021. that's just my guess and I could def be wrong, but it seems that would be the spacing of uploads. it could be longer or shorter by a couple months, but i would plan for the long haul still on waiting for this to be completed.

tbh i hated chowon and he still doesn't sit right with me, but i love that this story is exploring different types of abo couples. we have a rare recessive omega with a dominant alpha, we have a beta and alpha, and now a beta omega pairing in the works. i think it's great for the genre, since a lot of the focus in this genre is alpha omega couples (which isn't bad at all, but it seriously couldn't be the only pairing)
