without a doubt both brothers were/would've been terrible kings. yuhon did not believe in the gods/spirituality at all, while il believed in it far too much. both were too extreme in their takes on governing with the presence of the gods, and that's why this whole situation started in the first place. this is a horrible course of events, but in the end they made both soo-won and yoga who they are today. soo-won is a great leader, the only issue being he is still too similar to his father in terms of lacking belief in the gods. yona is a great leader as well, but in their current capacity of traveling and helping people rather than being tied to the throne is better suited for her and the dragons even if the dragons feel more comfortable in hiryuu castle. if i were to say what i believe would fit the government of kouka best, soo-won should still sit on the throne, while yona could work in a mercenary/freelance capacity for the kingdom or just for themselves. i only say yona would work for the kingdom bc i know she wouldn't want to abandon helping the people of the kingdom and she would work for soo-won since they have aligned interests of helping the kingdom.
