It means to let it sit for awhile without touching it, usually you're talking about food but people also use it to talk about manga/manhwa because they want a lot of chapters to read rather than waiting for it to slowly update and only reading like 1 chapter a week. So a lot of people just wait for a manhwa to be completed before they start reading it

My silly prediction is that Garam's alarm is gonna ring after that kiss, and they'll scramble to clean up and get Garam ready for his exams (like taking out all of Jaehyuk's load inside him lmao) before Jaehyuk can properly react to the kiss.
