- Jaehyuk says he wants the sweetest drink and that his taste depends on his lover. Sehan says that he also ate a lot of sweets thanks to Garam.
- Sehan says, "I think his personality is still the same. It's still really awkward for him to say 'I like you' right?" and Jaehyuk is slowly getting pissed but he just says that he got used to it. Then Sehan mentions how Garam was so cute when he confessed to him, and Jaehyuk calls him a cocky asshole in his head.
- Jaehyuk thinks that Garam must've been so cute in high school. He imagines Garam having a spiky hair like a punk. He thinks that he would've bought Garam tteokbokki everyday if they went to the same school.
- Jaehyuk calms down and thinks that what matters is that he's Garam's current boyfriend and that he's happier with him. But he realizes that he doesn't dress Garam well and imagines Garam looking pitiful for wearing plaid shirt to work. He becomes determined to give Garam a makeover.
- Garam avoids going to the cafe during lunch and went back to his desk. He thanks Jaehyuk for giving him a ride thru text, and Jaehyuk tells him it's not for free and he has to pay with his body.
- The assistant manager arrived and gave him coffee. He tells him it's from Sehan, and Garam wasn't pleased.
- Garam went to the cafe. He tells Sehan that they shouldn't be involved with each other and just be strangers. Sehan says he doesn't want to.
- Break next week </3

Hes a coward. My guess is that he feels guilty and still has feelings towards Garam, but fuck him. Like this is harassment, if he really feels remorse for making Garam go through something like that he would leave Garam alone after an apology.
Then again thats just my guess, maybe he is straight up villain, then at least id not feel bad about raising my empathy cap.
After all Jaehyuk has been a dick, but he has repented.
So many emotions for these 2d characters, man. Its good stuff.
(╯°Д °)╯╧╧ ┗( T﹏T )┛

Yeah I don't appreciate him repeatedly ignoring that Garam wants him to stay away (like Jaehyuk pre character development, thank god Jaehyuk learned to listen to Garam).
Him being regretful and still having feelings is also my guess, but he's still acting selfishly if that's the case. I agree that if he really cares for Garam then he should just leave him alone.

Thanks Pixie, as always! Sehan like one commentator mentioned is a coward who feels sorry for how he treated Garam after they were discovered by his mom, and now he’d like a chance to make it right. Garam is gonna see right through him and Jaehyuk won’t let him even sniff at getting back with Garam. Jaehyuk is so whipped for Garam and vice versa for Garam.

It's almost funny how Sehan is still only prioritizing himself and putting what he wants or what's convenient to him first. Garam is in a relationship. Him wanting to reconnect with Garam now is just him trying to make himself feel better without thinking about what Garam wants or what makes Garam happy.
Sometimes it's too late to apologize or "fix" things and all you can do is move on. Garam isn't interested in an apology or anything from him but he's pushing himself onto Garam. It's so trashy. Sehan is so self-obsessed. He's a coward and would make an awful partner. You don't know when he'd jump ship or throw you under the bus for his own convenience. Absolutely not boyfriend-material.

- Jaehyuk uses another card to pay for their meal. They got in the car, and Jaehyuk's mom suddenly calls. Jaehyuk quickly rejected it. His mom then sends a message asking if he wants to die and telling him to pick up the phone. Garam looks at Jaehyuk suspiciously and asks what did he do.
- Jaehyuk's mom calls again, and Garam answered it before he could stop him. His mom screams at the phone, calls him a crazy punk and nags at him for using his card (Garam was so shocked).
- Garam asks about it, and Jaehyuk says he needed to spend about XX million won on something so he broke deposit. Garam asks him where he spent that much money, and Jaehyuk couldn't say that he spent it all on their house. Garam also nags at him, but Jaehyuk just calls him honey and snickers at how they really act like a married couple (Garam was flustered).
- Jaehyuk then remembers Garam's ex and gets pissed. He thinks that it's not that Garam didn't trust him that much, but it was because that bastard ruined Garam's first relationship experience that he went through a lot of trouble (in winning Garam over).
- The next day, Sehan (the ex) is waiting for Garam to arrive at the company. He remembers Jaehyuk and thinks that Garam doesn't suit dating a frivolous guy like him.
- Garam arrives but quickly walked past him. Sehan was disappointed, but then someone snapped their finger in front of him. It was Jaehyuk, and he's asking if Sehan wasn't taking orders.

Pixie, you are a true gem. This was such an interesting chapter! Jaehyuk is gonna have to come clean to Garam sooner than later about purchasing the house for them to live. He has to trust that Garam will now understand why he did it under the guise of a housesitting for a friend because they weren’t on such good terms then. And this ex doesn’t look like he’s gonna go away easy. He seems sneaky and sus as hell. Though, I’m not too worried about him, Jaehyuk is not about to let anyone stand in the way of his relationship with Garam and that goes for his mom as well. Things are definitely heating up nicely!

Jaehuyk looked so hot in the last panel! But I think you guys are way too optimistic when it comes to him. I feel like he'll manage to screw things up both with his mother and with the ex and when Garam will hear about Jaehuyk's interference in the two cases he'll get pissed big time xD And then again Jaehuyk will have to act mature to win him over. I could be wrong tho I may still suffer from Season 1 PTSD lol Thanks for the summary

I just think Jaehyuk is gonna be petty with the ex and do something to annoy him, idk if it'll end well or not lmao I feel like Jaehyuk could get pissed first.
Who I'm optimistic about is Garam. He's been more chill and secured with Jaehyuk. I think his reaction for whether Jaehyuk fucks up or not (about the ex and the house) won't be as bad as we fear.
Your Season 1 PTSD is very valid though lmao that's why I keep hoping that they'll be more understanding/mature, I don't want to suffer again shsjhj

Exactly, I agree with you. Ever since their fight when Jaehyuk stormed out because he felt Garam wasn’t as serious about their relationship as he was, Garam has been a lot more understanding and affectionate towards Jaehyuk. I feel he may be taken aback at first when Jaehyuk finally reveals that the apartment is his, but he’ll eventually come to accept why he did it. At least that’s what I’m hoping for. Garam has shown a lot of growth in their relationship as has Jaehyuk. This is why I’m hopeful they’ll be okay despite the efforts of the ex and Jaehyuk’s mom.

the characters just reassured their feelings to each other and properly communicated, but everyone just freaks out about the ex as if y'all have no confidence in their relationship
the characters were been frustrating before but they also learned a lot so they're gonna be fine, the development doesn't go back to zero here after every obstacle

- Garam says that Sehan (his ex) works at the first floor of the company's building. Jaehyuk asks if Garam is leaving him because his feelings returned after the bastard apologized to him, and Garam got goosebumps and told him not to say creepy stuff. He says that their relationship can't go back to the old days even if Sehan apologized.
- They started dating after Garam stole a kiss while Sehan was sleeping. Sehan woke up but was smiling at him, and Garam thought it was a miracle that Sehan liked him back.
- Sehan invited Garam to his house one day. Garam didn't want to go because Sehan's mom was scary, but Sehan insists, saying his mom was at the church. Sehan asks if he just doesn't want to go to his house, and Garam ends up agreeing to come.
- Sehan's mom caught Sehan on top of Garam that day and got really angry. Sehan blamed Garam for liking him and said that he just didn't know what to do.
- Jaehyuk is listening to the story while they're at a restaurant and talks shit about Sehan. Garam adds that Sehan dated a girl in his class one week after their breakup, when the bruises from being beaten up by Sehan's mom still hasn't healed.
- Jaehyuk got so angry. He says he should've punched the guy. Garam asks if he wants to get arrested, and Jaehyuk says he'll just pay the fine. Jaehyuk then talks about how they could beat up Sehan without committing murder, and Garam laughs at him.
- Garam thinks that it was hard for him to recall what happened, but he didn't think that he would be so relieved after telling Jaehyuk everything.
- They bicker about who's gonna pay the bill after dinner. Jaehyuk gave his card to the cashier, but it declined. He had forgotten about his problem with his mom.

Thanks once again, Pixie. I was great seeing Garam open up completely to Jaehyuk. This tells me that he isn’t hesitant anymore about their relationship and that he fully trusts Jaehyuk. This was a pleasure to behold, they’ve truly come a long way in their relationship. I think beyond the ex being an obstacle to their relationship, because let’s face it, Garam isn’t gonna put up with his foolishness and Jaehyuk won’t let any ex come between him and his love, that Jaehyuk’s mom may actually prove to be the biggest obstacle to their happiness. I have a sinking feeling she won’t be as accepting as Jaehyuk would like. Hope I’m wrong though.

Right, I was so proud of them this chapter Garam is truly moving forward with Jaehyuk and leaving the past behind. He has Jaehyuk to rely on, and he can laugh now even after recalling his past. And yeah I also think that the mom could be a bigger problem, but I trust that Jaehyuk can deal with her unlike the ex who let his mom hit Garam.

It’s also makes me wonder if Jaehyuk homophobia came from his parents; like he most have learned it somewhere
We do know they more conservative
While Jaehyuk was absolutely dick to Garam at the start lots of his PHYSICAL actions to Garam just seems off, like… idk how to explain it… it was obvious he was attracted to Garam
Cuddling, forehead kisses; Hell even suggesting that Garam will only have him as a sex friend. Seemed weird when rereading this manhwa
(I might have an habit looking too deep in facial expressions of characters)
Idk, lots of actions speaks of internalized homophobia more than anything else
Looking at any scenes he has with women he doesn’t seems attracted to them really;
Idk idk idk
(I’m in no way defending the way Jaehyuk acted to Garam at the start btw; I love his character development. I just LOVE going into the psychological aspects of characters when they first introduce. Gosh I hope author will not disappoint us with Jaehyuk past and how developed his attitude at the start)
(I’m most likely looking too deep into it lmao)

His father seems kinda chill tho. I think his mother is the typical strong and strict Asian mom but not necessarily homophobic. She's a hard working person who doesn't want her son to become a spoiled and irresponsable rich brat (too late?! lol). Actually Jaehuyk is surprisingly a good student and it looks like he didn't turn as bad as his mom seems to think

Right, I also think he's a good student, he's just not an overachiever. I was talking about how Jaehyuk was a womanizer and how he didn't took dating too seriously before Garam.
I agree that we can't judge yet if his parents (mom in particular) are homophobic and that they just don't want him to be irresponsible. But I think the thing is with parents who are too strict, their child would end up doing the opposite like play around in secret because they were too restricted at home lol that's how I think they could've influenced his behavior.
But yeah not really sure if it'll be tackled in the story.
- Sehan says that he already apologized to Garam about the past. He says he honestly didn't know that Garam still hates him this much. He thought that the fact they met again was fate, and Garam thinks that this bastard has gone crazy (same)
- Jaehyuk is shopping for Garam's clothes. Then his mom calls asking if he sold the house yet. She thinks Jaehyuk is being taken advantaged of since his girlfriend is the reason he signed a contract. Jaehyuk tells her, "If that person knew I bought this house, they wouldn't live here," and she was surprised, but Jaehyuk hangs up before she could say more.
- Jaehyuk thinks it's probably best to not let Garam meet his mom. He wonders though if it's even possible for Garam to not meet his family even once in his life. Then he realizes that just now, he naturally thought that he would spend a lifetime with Garam.
- While waiting for Garam after work, Jaehyuk recalls that him and Garam are both third years so they'll live at their place till they graduate and the contract period for the house is about right.
- Garam gets in the car. They end up talking about Sehan, and Garam finds out that Jaehyuk met him because he was worried. Jaehyuk asks if Garam really has to do his internship this year. He says it's their first vacation since they started dating, and they don't have time to hang out since Garam is at work and there's also that bastard at his workplace. But Garam tells him there won't be a next year since he'll be graduating early. Jaehyuk was shocked to find out about this just now, but Garam was like, "Oh. Didn't I tell you..?" and this upsets Jaehyuk.
- Jaehyuk fingers Garam inside the car while asking if there's something else Garam hasn't told him yet. Garam says there isn't and wonders why Jaehyuk is suddenly like this.
Thank you, Pixie! This chapter had a little bit of everything, humor, drama, angst, and of course the smut at the end. It kinda broke my heart when Jaehyuk said he may never introduce Garam to his mom. Although he’s given his parents lots of reasons in the past to treat him this way, he needs to show them the person he is now that he is with Garam. He’s quite literally a different man. Also, he needs to come clean to Garam over their housing situation before it spirals further out of control. I feel if he tells Garam now, it might not be such a big deal now that they’re together and on better terms than before. It could become a thing now with the mom pressuring him to give it up. I’m also glad Garam is not giving his ex an inch. Keep freezing him out! Also, although I was happy to see some smut after a few weeks of nothing, I don’t want them to revert to not being completely open with each other. They have to be better at communicating. I just have so much hope for these two guys!!
I think it's because of garam's past relationship.. with the ex's mother.. jaehyuk doesn't want garam experience the same thing with his mother so that's why he doesn't want them to meet.. but i got the feeling that jaehyuk's mother will not oppose their relationship (i hopeee) because of garam, jaehyuk is a better person now
Not meeting his mom is more for Garam's sake since he heard about what happened with Sehan's mom. He thinks something that could hurt Garam could happen if they meet each other.
I also hope verbal communication can still take over next chapter.
Tbh I think meeting with the mom won't be as bad too. Jaehyuk thinking them meeting each other could end badly makes me think the opposite will happen.
Right? When they encountered jaehyuk's childhood friend at the restaurant, I was expecting them to have a big fight but we got a love confession from garam instead :') so i really do hope the same thing will happen with jaehyuk's mother
I also think meeting the mom won’t be as bad, the dad looks totally chill! I also agree that him not wanting Garam to meet his mom is probably to protect him from experiencing something traumatic again like he did when he finally “met” Sehan’s mom. Jaehyuk really cares about his Garam! They just need to properly communicate with each other.
Grrrrr… the audacity of this ex.. just let Garam alone
God bless you for this detailed summary <3 I knew I missed some important information just staring at the panels. One of them is Jaehuyk realizing he can't imagine a future without Garam. That's such a huge realization and development in the story. I hope he'll properly confess his deep feelings and life projects to Garam. Although I am not sure Garam is there yet. He likes Jaehuyk a lot but I am afraid taking about a future together will scare Garam more than making him happy. I could be wrong tho. In the meantime, I am pretty sure Jaehuyk is going to mess things up with the miscommunication. Just like his mom, I always have low faith in him, I am the worst lol
Help setting low expectations is okay! Tbh after this chapter, I'm also more threatened about Jaehyuk possibly messing things up than Garam's ex or his mom, but hopefully he proves us wrong.
