scrumptious art and tbh i enjoyed the ride without nitpicking much, plot is nothing phenomenal but it's nice for a binge read while im sick as fuck. the humor was good, schuman and zigril and some other npcs had me cackling with their bs and oz, that little shit already looks like a menace lol poor kay, i NEED to see his antics when he's grown up a little more. and glad to see our money hungry mage has a dashing love interest too, he's too babygirl to not have one

holy fuck starting this i did not expect to enjoy jun's character this much, i love that he actually feels like a person rather than just a character trope, he did not turn out to be the typical pretty faced, overly selfless and innocent uke that many might expect him to be purely based on looks. he's actually calculating, made both smart and rational and some questionable choices and does what he has to do to survive in a conservative environment. his inner monologues are absolutely chefs kiss, 10/10 his haters will not survive the winter
