Where did you read the ending? And can you tell me if Jeanette takes this opportunity to take Athy’s place or not and if so does she succeed? Does Claude accept both of them as his daughters or just Athy

He didn't banished Athy. It was Athy who ran away from Claude because he will start to show violent tendencies. And her departure will make him depressed. Claude's life was wasting away. Not ot having Athanasia by his side was even painful than eveything. For kept sane, he saved Athanasia's drawings and made video of her and kept it with magic.

Actually, I just used the word banish because I can't explain it properly, it's just that Athy thought that Claude hated her then she ran away because of that. Thanks for enlightening me ^^

Athy is the only daughter of Claude since Jeanette was conceived through dark magic. But Athy will be the only one beside Claude and she remained friends with Jeanette. Read the Novel though it's not completely translated to English yet :)

Hmm, let's say that it's because of dark magic that Claude lost his memories of Athy when they had their time together in this lifetime. It's like a scheme of his older brother because they need jeanette to be beside the Claude so they can execute their plans. The memories that resurfaced when he was hit by the tree branch was the memories from the previous lifetime, when Athy died.

Athy is with her Daddy and the older brother of Claude is Jeanette's father ^^

She finishes with Lucas, but the novel is based on father-daughter relation, so for people who aiming for romantic stuff I think you can see it in side-stories of the novel :)
