Ines is living in an extremely patriarchal and misogynistic society. Her own family went as far to kill the husband she choose for herself and her literal baby. Therefore, I don't pin any blame on her for manipulating a way out of new cycles of imprisonment and abuse.
Other thing: While we, the readers, know that Carcel is sincere in his love and care, Ines has no idea of that. No possibility of confirmation she isn't stepping on a new nightmare of a marriage. She is traumatized - spent literal YEARS completely catatonic - and will act as such. Healing isn't linear and since this history has, outside of the reincarnation bit, put itself as realistic, we should expect to be depicted as such.
