So far so good, but does anyone else think that it would be nearly impossible for Kashii to forget a person like Mika? In chapter 1 it seemed plausible, but when the story revisited their past in college, it was like, really? How could Kashii forget how Mika played such an important part in starting his career? If Mika was an unknown from that point on, maybe, but Mika became a famous actor. If I were in Kashii's position, I would have been like, "Hey! That actor guy was the model for my competition in college! He even kissed me once!"
It says it happened 7 years ago. And personally, I dont remember all the friends I had from that time. What more for Kei, they were only friends for a week then he's off to france. Oh well, he remembers him right away when he think hard right? Its all ok.
He's a designer. Creative people can get lost in their heads, very easily

The first few chapters I was thinking, "this could be good, might be cute," but then as it dragged on it just started to get painful. Takahashi bends over backwards for Sho (Satou the elder) and still hardly gets anywhere, though it's obvious Sho loves him back. It looks like the mangaka threw ex-lover and bookstore boss Abe into the mix as a second love rival (first being younger twin brother) and to add another level of tension, but in my opinion that just made it feel even more hopeless. Hasn't Takahashi already been through and done enough? Hasn't he proved himself? Isn't he a great guy? Why? Why torture the poor soul even more?
I tried looking at the raws (since I can't read them) and it didn't make me feel better. It obviously had a happy ending with Sho and Takahashi together, but I didn't see any indication of the heartfelt love confession from Sho to Takahashi that I feel Takahashi totally deserves. Even translated, I'm afraid the conclusion would fall flat.
