Even Hyeon had a longer and better redemption arc then Mido?? I also wished that the ML (he literally turned into a omega) showed more of that part, his whole bodily anatomy changed but it’s all okay since he found Mido again? He could’ve been more pissed about it tbh, just because you were a child that bc of circumstances couldn’t help him does not give him the power to fuck up ur body.
The art style was gorgeous tho, I do see alot of potential for the writer. I don’t think the whole story sucked, there were also some good parts like with the nostalgic throwbacks and how they glamorize their past even if it used to be different from real life. And the way ‘father’ was actually connected to the boss that took him in. I hope the author writes many more stories but focuses more on redemption (if not just not portraying some serious signs of abuse).

Jaekyung was doing so well with helping the elderly that I hoped he would make good process for his redemption arc but he has to think with his dick ofc (I do somehow feel like the sex scene in the next chapter is gonna be like a wakupcall/ turning point tho).
Still pissed he got to have his way with Choi Inseob so easily, I really hoped for a longer redemption arc instead of just ‘gentle’ sex (gentle in question)
I did genuinely like the story, and the character development he had towards the end. The only thing that keeps bugging me is the way the emperor treats his son, so unnecessarily mean and physically abusive. I hoped that in the last chapters he would atleast treat him a little nicer and with decency, I mean it’s still only a 5-year old child.
