In general, I noticed that authors who are still somewhat moderately well at drawing adults very often portray children as such disproportionate, ugly monstrosities. I can't help the fact that with the way he looks and because all the talk about his illness, I keep seeing a child with severe hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy. The author really should put a little more work into correcting these crooked muzzles.

I wish that this child will have some character, you know, like a human being. Wasn't just a nice object to motivate mc who very comfortably sleeps almost all the time so author don't have to worry too much about the fact that he exists at all when writing this story.
Blame the posable models in Clip Studio, the artist likely traces over them directly instead using them as reference which leads... to what we see here. Weird angles and uncanny drawings. I think they wanted to color this comics in over the top manner which lead to taking shortcuts everywhere else. It is also great example of art from person who does better at drafting but not the essence and understanding. With time the presentation gets better, but never the actual basics that make the art good. Style over substance, in essence.

I agree. I love the smut and think the unique fantasy reverse harem plot shows incredible promise, which makes it a rare type of manwha. But it just got boring when there was no plot advancement for weeks and smut scenes took up like 2-3 chapters in a row. It’s more enjoyable on a binge read when you you don’t have to wait a week for a chapter. Profundis is similar and I think the pacing is much better done there.
Well, i see why it is frustrating if you were expecting a decent story. On other way, i was ready for smut with little, pretext plot so i didnt get why people are do annoyed by it. It make more sense now when you told me this.
I usually don't expect anything at first and if it's porn with plot then so be it. But this story shows lots of potential for plots so it's a little frustrating we're not getting it.
I don't enjoyed this story as much as i wanted (it is little boring) but my main complaint about this is that the art is so much worse at the few last chapters than it was at the beginning.

well the rope on his hands is connected with the rope on his feet which is being lifted up by the rope connected at the water host so his hands is also being pulled down at his back, so when he try to get up, his hands is stopping him
for you to understand more since explaining it with words is really difficult , try putting your both hands on your back while lying down then put your feet up and try lifting yourself up, and it's really hard
