I would read from chapter 80 in the novel. The relationship between Edith and the princess hasn't been established yet, and is a little different in the novel, so I think reading from chapter 80 would clarify the difference progressing to the Ball arc.

Sorry, he wasn’t super in love, but it wasn’t as clear cut and over as it is in the manwa. For example, he helps Diana in one scene without talking to He’s and Hes ends up feeling betrayed.
