Like, if I was in Melon's shoes, I would be BROKEN irreparably. It's like 'everything I've done was all for naught. I killed my mom due to an understanding. I lived my whole life doubting my mother's touch, her love and affection. I lived my life killing left and right, letting no one get near me because- ' okay, that one's totally on him. But at least he could have still had his mom by his side for longer...
His mom could've intended to make an impression that she ate his dad. I saw one comment that maybe she conjured that narrative so that Melon wouldn't think he was abandoned by his father, instead that she ate him and was a villain.

I want more from this author and from this manga so much!!! It's so cute!! Hahaha I thought the seme would be the usual M weirdo but... It turns out... He's... More normal than I expected? Haha like the normal guy who just has this tiny drop of S/M in him. Other than that, he's completely normal and a strong fighter. And in the end, Ryu really is that tsundere that worms their way into your heart and you just end up wanting to baby them without planning to in the first place. I understand his father now hahahaha
Come on!!! I wanna see his brother's or Momo's other friend's reaction when they reunite with Momo. I wanna know if they'll discuss their opinions or feelings, seeing Momo so happy and confident now, romantically and sexually, despite their living conditions. It's still so amazing that Momo managed to find peace and happiness and become such a cheerful and naive lad after experiencing his dark past and hardships.
I seriously am not excited about hard to solve future dramas and problems related to yakuza, politics and bribery that I kind of anticipate in this arc. I'm just... I'll have to prepare my heart for these heavy topics.
