Also, maybe that homeless dude will pop up in the future again. His face was covered with dirt and his hair but his face was too close to the "camera" or almost filled up the frame that it made me think we'll see him again in the future, possibly as a changed man. Then again, it's also possible he's really really really not important and just a no one after all and we will never see even his silhouette anymore.

I think? Feel? That he can pop up as another side character later on since it was just a rumor he died. And also Chinese and other Asian dramas like 'plot twists' like that so I'm basing these guesses on those. Like, he could have become part of a mafia or something.
But then again, since this is 2020, there's also a chance that the rumor was true and he won't pop up in the future again. It also depends on how many subplots the author is willing to throw in this long long ongoing manhua/webcomic.
