Ai is the middle brothers friend ( miki is middle brother, he has blond curly like hair), Ai is the manlier looking guy with a scar on his eyebrow and he loves the eldest brother who has the cut of his chest (Ran). Ai is also the one who found out that Ran was selling him self and has agreed to keep it a secret. After having sex with Ai, Ran felt like he had to apologize to his brother Miki because he thought that Miki loved Ai and that he had stolen Ai from Miki, But it seems that Miki loves Ran ( his brother) not Ai.

I do agree that the incest-ey vibe is quite strong between all three of the brothers (Ran, Miki and Sue) but mostly by the way that Miki acts towards Ran. But i do hope that it will all work out differently (not incest) in the end.

Maybe it's the same as how some people just don't know how to spell well in general? (Japanese is way more complicated than English). Perhaps she needs help coming up with good names that will be read correctly.

Mane giving it's not an easy task as one name can be written and read differently. Remember when Kaneki and Hinami went to see Takatsuki sensei and Ken said how to write his name: Thursday's kane (kanji of money, gold, metal) and Friday's ki(kanji of tree) or when Sasaki tried to come out how was Kaneki's name written.

And different kanji has different meaning even if its read the same way
