Hmm... I get your point but I don't consider this incest cuz ML and MC's mom don't actually have any kind of bond which Siblings or even step siblings have. ML's Father doesn't even consider her family and is always ready to disown her/ even kill her . She is only there cuz ML left house in his early age. And ML 's father needed someone to run his business. ML doesn't consider her his sister either .
And most importantly can we even call that Woman MC's mother cuz she left him when he was just a new born baby , just for money that Trash . She put him in a mental asylum till he lost his mind. I don't consider this woman a mother from any angle rather a demon ..
