I’m not sure what the reason for that is, but I do know that this is based on a novel (which i started to read but haven’t finished, i think i stopped reading like right where these translations ended)

He means he doesn't want her to draw too much attention to herself where he is forced to hear or see her. Basically, he wants her to hideaway and lay low. Which is even more shittier.

it was stated in the previous chapter that the next official chapter is dropping on the 26th, if you were really that invested in the story because it's the ''climax of the story'' u should have remembered that and been able to tell by the .5 added to the chapter that it was going to be an extra
