I don't think that this story in particular can be put on "rape for the sake of rape bl" category. I usually agree that most bl have a huge problem with consent but this is not a love story. They are fucked up ppl, the uke has basically no morals and is capable of anything for power and the seme is a suicidal mess, everything about them is a power play, even if they "fall in love" will be toxic or out of codependency. I'm extremely intrigued by this plot, it's really dense but captivating
Absolutely agreed. Not condoning the actions taken / portrayed, but despite the pain and violence purposefully inflicted, the uke chose to stay put and let it continue. They both want something—they’re both willing to manipulate and use each other to get it, and we see just how much the uke is prepared to sacrifice. It’s not going to be a comfortable read, and I do not believe either of these characters is capable of “saving” the other.

SO FUCKING BEAUTIFUL THE GOAT DID IT AGAIN The art, the characters, EVERYTHING is so beautiful omg, the uke as a black knight, the seme as a sun????? Beautiful, give me more 100 chapters
why rape has to be in every bl? I know it doesn't make any difference commenting here bc the author won't see but that's exhausting, the colourism also fuckin pisses me off, the villain is always dark or/and ugly
