You should see for another month, then see a gynecologist. It can be ovarian cyst or late periods due to stress, bad sleep cycle, not eating proper food etc. Don't delay for many months, because surgery can be a option in that case which is lowkey scary. However if it's prolonged and you didn't get your period for few months (about 4 months) then you should check with doctor. No you're not having baby(lol), but there might be diseases that you need to check, you might have problem with your hormone or something in your uterus area.
