Exactly. It’s also really hard to suddenly have to learn how to deal with, what is essentially a disease. He’s never had a heat before, and suddenly he starts getting them and they’re extremely irregular due to him never getting them before. It’s like a super rare condition that no one knows how to deal with. He’s basically been an alpha his whole life, you can hardly blame him for not knowing how to deal with everything.
I keep wondering why people are so hard on him when, at 26, most omegas have been going into heats for 10 to 15 years! Most omegas have had their time to make mistakes and not have a lot of consequences because they were preteens/teens. It's not fair.
by that logic, the unknown alpha is also blameless.

Usually this manga is kinda depressing but in a funny way, with an ironic punchline at the end. But this chapter just straight up gave me depression. I feel so bad for the main guy.

Whenever there's a second lead in a shoujo manga, there's always the inevitable comments about the female lead's "stupidity" because Obviously the other guy likes her. However, as the reader, we see everything, the thoughts and feelings of other characters and other scenes that don't involve the female lead. She doesn't see everything, she doesn't hear the other characters' thoughts unless they Say Something! It isn't just her fault! She is experiencing romantic feelings at a young age for the first time! IRL, you wouldn't just assume someone has feelings for you unless they tell you! Don't blame this child for her lack of perfect emotional and psychological intuition!
